Allergy Season

    I'm a huge supporter of late Summer / early Fall. The weather is the perfect

temperature, the air smells nice, everyone is cheery, late garden vegetables are ripe and soups, stews and chilis taste better than ever. With all this good, however, comes one bad aspect... ALLERGIES.

 

     I'm half a week into them and they already drive me crazy. I look like I've been crying all day. Jacinda talked me into buying Zyrtec, which seems to have helped the allergies, but now I have to put up with a stuffy nose. Is there no happy medium? At least with Benadryl, I have a likely excuse to take a nap. Can't win, I guess! Two more weeks of this and I should  be over my allergies for the year.
